Office Hub
A modern fusion of heritage and contemporary design with flexible office space.
This building is within the heritage overlay, therefore maintaining the shopfront while integrating modern design that suits the current market need has been our goal.

One of the challenges of this design was that none of the four walls were right-angled, each corner was at a different angle, therefore being a fully accessible building with A.S. wheelchair turning spaces, ramps etc. consideration.

Another problem we've encountered was that while we were just about to receive our permit after a few FRIs, this project was passed on to another council planner who rejected most parts of the design, and I had to quickly negotiate with the person in charge and amend our design in time.
